Our Block Management Department is headed by our Managing Partner Johanne Coupe MRICS.  Johanne is a Royal Institution Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in Property Management, Valuation & Surveys – you can therefore rest assured that your development is in safe hands.

At Daisy Estate Managers we take immense pride in providing an outstanding service which is tailored to each customer's individual needs. No two residential blocks are ever the same and as a small local company we can therefore offer bespoke services that are just right for you. We are proud to claim that all our clients are treated sincerely, respectfully and discreetly. Put simply, we deliver service like it used to be.

Each residential block is managed proactively by Johanne and her team. Not only do we carry out all the standard duties of a block manager, we also look to maximise and enhance your investment. Johanne will carry out regular inspections of your building and as a Chartered Surveyor she can often identify problems before they become an issue. She can also oversee or advise on any major works and by keeping this work in-house, reduce the overall costs of the works to you, the client.

Our dedicated accounts department will collect all service charge payments, issue statements, pay your communal invoices and take overall charge of your finances. As idyllic as this all sounds, we are also realists and we recognise that unfortunately in today's world there will always be one or two leaseholders who don't believe service charge payments or lease covenants apply to them! We therefore liaise closely with a local firm of solicitors to provide affordable litigation as a last resort. Put simply, we will fight for your money!
